Abalone Soup

This Abalone Soup is high blood pressue diet recipe.

It can nourish Yin, suitable for those who are with hypertension, coronary heart disease,diabetes caused by Yin deficiency. Abalone can moisten dampness, clear away liver heat,prevent cancer.


1 abalone,big,fresh with shell

2 black mushroom, soaked

5 pieces asparagus

9 pieces Goji berry

Seasoning A

2 ginger flakes

1 shallot section

1 garlic clove

1 teaspoon rice wine

Seasoning B

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon soy sauce


1. Clean asparagus, cut into small section. Cut mushroom into small pieces.

2. Clean abalone,take out the meat. Cut into thin flakes.Don't throw away the shell.

3. Prepare a pot,add 10 cups of water.

   Add mushroom, Goji berry, abalone flakes and the shell,seasoning A.

   Bring to a boil,skim the foam.

   Continue to cook for 60mins over low heat.

4. Add Seasoning B and asparagus sections. Boil for 5-10mins. Turn off heat.Serve.

Serving Method: Drink soup, eat meat and asparagus. 2-3 times each day. One small bowl each time.
