Shepherd's-purse with Mung Bean Porridge
Ingredients:
60g fresh shepherd's-purse
60g mung bean
50g rice
Procedure:
1. Clean mung bean and rice,add 500ml water, bring to a boil.
2. Reduce to low heat to continue to cook 40mins.
3. Clean shepherd's-purse,cut into small pieces. Add in the above porridge.
4. Cook additional 10-15mins,turn off heat,serve.
Serving method: Serve in the morning and in the afternoon. One small bowl
each time.
Beneficial Function: Suitable for those hypertension who also suffer insomnia.
