Slivered Mutton(lamb) with Yong Ginger

Ingredients:

7 oz(200g) lean boneless mutton (lamb)

2 oz(50g) young ginger

1 medium green pepper, halved and seeded

2 tbsp vegetable oil

1 oz (35g) garlic shoots

1 tsp sweet bean sauce

Marinade

2 tsp rice wine

1/4 tsp salt

Sauce

1 tsp dissolved cornstarch (dissolved in 1tsp water)

2 tsp soy sauce

Procedure:

1. Cut the mutton into fine slivers and Marinate in the rice wine and salt for 15mins.

   Cut the tender ginger and green pepper into slivers.

2. Mix together the cornstarch-water and soy sauce. Set aside.It's Sauce

3. Heat the oil in a wok to very hot, or until the oil surface ripples.

   Add the mutton slivers and stir fry until half-cooked.

   Add the ginger, green pepper and garlic shoots. Stir fry several times.

   Add the sweet bean sauce, stir and mix well.

   Add Sauce, coat well, cook, stir fry till thickened.

   Remove and serve.

Beneficial Function: Supplementing Qi and blood, tonifying deficiency, warming up our body and preventing cold.
