Your Job Tear Therapy sounds interesting but I have constipation. Every morning I eliminate hard stools like big marbles. It happened after I tried cleaning out my colon with Iridology. Half of my eye is hazel the rest is brown. Original eye color brown. I am 78 yrs. old female. Also have feet problems after I sold my car. Do a lot of walking. Keep changing my diet.
I only weigh 90 lbs. 5feet inches tall. What diet would you recommend at my age.

Most people need a cup of coffee (or three) in the morning to kick-start their day. I know I certainly need mine! Remember, however, that caffeine (tragically!) is an Insulin Trigger. •Enjoy your coffee solo. Because caffeine triggers insulin, drinking your coffee with food could give your body something to store as fat, and giving those fat-storing hormones too much to do is the last thing you want when you’re trying to get a Sexy Forever body.
