Grocery shopping for food:

Beef: Choose beef belly/brisket for stewed or braised cooking, don't remove the fat and connective tissue. Otherwise it'll be too dry. Shank part with rib and tendon (ribbed beef ham) is also ok. Light red color meat is tender than that of dark red. Available in Carrefour.

Radish: Long white radish, or daikon radish is better. Available in Carrefour.

Spinach: Red root, deeper green color and thick leave is better. Available in Carrefour and farmer market.

Green Bean: Several kinds of green beans, the popular one is short and thin. But the thick and longer one is better for this dish as it contains less water and tastes soft after stewed.
