MaLanTou and Dried Tofu Salad

250g MaLaTou 马兰头
2 pieces of salty dried tofu
1 1/2 tablespoon sesame oil
1 pinch salt
1. Wash and remove hard head of MaLanTou.
2. Boil water, add dried tofu and quickly take out.
Add MaLanTou, boil 10-15 mins.
3. Cut boiled MalanTou and dried tofu into tiny cubes(as small as grains).
Mix well. Mix with sesame oil and a pinch of salt.
Better make good shape in a model.
Tip: Salty dried tofu is salty enough, so don’t add too much salt. This is a very popular dish in Shanghai area.
