Stir Fried Bamboo Shoot with Black Mushroom and Carrot

1 spring bamboo soot, big
5 black mushroom, medium
1 carrot, small
1 teaspoon onion, chopped
1 teaspoon garlic, chopped
1 tablespoon rice wine
1 teaspoon light soy sauce
1 teaspoon dark soy sauce
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1 1/2 tablespoon cooking oil
1. Peel off bamboo shoots, clean, cut into thin chips.
Cut mushroom and carrot into thin chips, too.
2. Heat oil in a wok. Add SeasoningA , chopped onion and garlic.
Sway the wok onion and garlic fully cooked, or the fragrance comes out.
3. Add bamboo shoots chips, mushroom chips and carrot chips.
Stir fry a few seconds. Add rice wine, soy sauce.
Continue to stir fry about 5mins.Add 1 tablespoon water if dry.
4. Add a pinch salt, stir fry; sprinkle sesame oil, stir fry a few seconds.
5 Turn off heat, serve.
