Cold Noodle Salad and other Summer Recipes

I have two stories want to share with you.
One of my Chinese friends married an Italian guy last year. She became very strong when I saw her last month. Before getting married she only had one meal each day. She looked thin and weak then. Now she has three meals a day, following her husband’s eating habit, which includes olive oil and pasta. She’s not fat but strong and healthy. She feels better herself. She said she can eat any food now. Previously she was allergic to some food.
Last month a 41-years-old lady died of Amway’s weight loss pills. Amway staff told her that try not to eat food but eat Amway’s products. She was told that she would lose weight as long as she insists on eating Amway’s products for 21 days. Her husband said she lost her life after two days continue eating those pills. She refused to eat food in the two days.
I feel happy for my friend’s healthy life, and feel sad and sorry for that lady. The two stories told us that only food can bring us nutrient and health. The sad thing is that our health knowledge is misled by the advertisement of so-called healthy products. Many experts including Dr. Oz suggest us that try to get nutrition from real food.
