Plan to live to be 120 years old

I know you must say " No, it's impossible".

Yes, life is uncertain. Who can control its lifespan?

But imagine, if the average lifespan is 75-80 and some friends around you died at that age, you may feel you are going to leave this world at that age too. So you begin to be in sad mood. You want to "enjoy life", so you don't care about health and diet, begin to eat all kinds of unhealthy food, don't like to take activities, sleep very late, and even don't want to eat pills for chronic disease. The result of this unhealthy lifestyle definitely leads senior people to die fast.

On the contrary, if you think you just start a new life from when you are 70 years old, you are active, feeling full of hopes in front of you. You keep a healthy life habit. Your health just like that of 20-year-old young people as you have half century to live(just like them who have 70-year-old life span).

Some theories about human lifespan:

a. The maximum longevity of biology is 8-10 times of the years from birth to productive maturity. If human being's productive maturity is at 14-15 years old, our maximum life span should be 112-150 years old.

b. The maximum longevity of mammal is 5-7 times of the growth priod. If human being's growth period is 20-25 years, our maximum life span should be 100-175 years old.

c. According to times of cell breakdown and producing new generation. Human cell produces next generations 50 times and each generation spends 2.4 years. So the average life span of human being should be 120 years old.

In all it's no doubt that our nature life span should be above 100 years old. That means if we don't get any disease we'll live to be above 100 years old.  From ancient times till now there are many records and real people who lived more than 100 years.

So let's do our best to live at least above 100 years old to see the changes of this wonderful world.

3. necessary exercise to live above 100 years old

Usually we pay much attention to our physical exercise. Actually exercise and rest of mind and internal organs are more important.

The six Fu-organs include gallbladder, stomach, small intestine, large intestine, bladder and the triple energizer. Six Fu-organs are responsible for transforming and transporting food. That means they receive and digest food, absorb the nutrient and excrete the waste.

Six Fu-organs function well only when they are unobstructed and the Qi is descent.

Large Intestine:

The physiological function of the large intestine is to transport and excrete the waste out of the body.

The large intestine receive the waste from the small intestine, re-absorb part of water from it and transform into stool to excrete out of the body.

As it re-absorbs water from the waste, the large intestine is in charge of the body fluid - Jin (saliva). So the dysfunctions of the large intestine are caused by deficiency or excess of Jin.

For example, if the large intestine is cold deficiency it'll lost ability to absorb water and so cause symptoms of bowel rumbling, abdomen pain and diarrhea,etc. If the large intestine is hot filled it'll consume too much bowel fluid and cause constipation.

The large intestine is interrelated with the lung through Meridian(Jing Luo). When the dispersion and descent of lung Qi is in disorder the body fluid cannot go down and so causing constipation. Meanwhile, if the large intestine is hot filled it'll cause cough or asthma.
