Stir fried Yam with Celery Recipe
Ingredients:
20g yam
300g celery
2 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon shallot,chopped
1/2 teaspoon five species powder
1 tablespoon cornstarch,mixed with water
1/4 teaspoon salt
Procedure:
1. Clean yam,remove peel,cut into small pieces.
Clean celery, cut into small section.
2. Heat olive oil in a saucepan,add shallot,five species powder,stir,let
fragranc comes out.
3. Add celery,yam,stir fry 5mins.
4. Add cornstarch(mixed with water),stir evenly.
5. Add salt,stir several times,pour in a dish,serve.
Serving Method:(2 servings)
Serve as side/main dish at breakfast,lunch,or dinner. One time each day.
Beneficial Function: Clear heat,diuresis,moisten lung,defecation.
Suitable for those costipation persons whose Qi is short.
