Rabbit Meat with Cashew Stir Fry Recipe

This recipe is made for heart healthy diet.

Stir Fired Rabbit Meat with Cashew Recipe


300g boneless rabbit meat

50g cashew

1 tablespoon dry cornstarch

2 tablespoon cornstarch mixed with water

1 teaspoon ginger, chopped

1 teaspoon red wine

1 teaspoon shallot, chopped

1 teaspoon soy sauce

1 teaspoon five-flavor pepper

2 teaspoon salt

2 teaspoon olive oil


1. Clean rabbit meat, cut into small cubes. Marinate in salt,five-flavor pepper,rub dry cornstarch for 15mins.

2. Add olive oil in a wok, add cashew,stir fry until cooked. Pour cashew in a dish,leaving oil in the wok.

3. Add rabbit meat in the wok, stir fry 1min. Add soy sauce,ginger,shallot,five-flavor pepper, stir fry 2mins. Add 1 tablespoon hot water, cover, simmer over low heat for 10mins, or until thoroughly cooked.

4. Add cashew in the wok, add water-mixed cornstarch, stir evenly. Pour out in the dish. Serve.

Serving Method: Serve as main dish at lunch or dinner.
