Konjac is healthy obesity diet food,which is called "Magic Food". There is saying,if you don't want to be obesity,eat konjac; If you want to lose weight, eat konjac; If you want to have good stomach and intestine,eat konjak.

Konjac contains rich nutrition,in which protein is about 30%,glucomannan is highly about 50%. Besides,it contains food fibre,vitamine,iron,calcium and many kinds of amino acid and Polyunsaturated fatty acids.

Konjac contains mucin protein which can prevent atherosclerosis and cardiovascular disease.

Konjac can enhance the immunity of the body. The glucomannan containing in konjac interferes cancer cell metabolism,and so preventing cancer.

Glucomannan will increase 50-80times of its original volume after absorbing water. There will be satiety feeling after eating konjac. Konjac is low heat energy content food. So it's an idea food for lose weight.

Konjac can delay the absorption of glucose, effectively reduce postprandial blood sugar.

Konjac also has the function of supplementing calcium, balancing salinity, cleaning stomach, clearing up intestine, and removing toxin inside body.

Tips. Using konjac to lose weight,you should serve less at the beginning and increase usage gradually after your stomach and intestine adapt to it. Meantime,you should keep same diet content as usual,controlling food quantity intake step by step,and don't eating any other slimming medicine.

Konjac foods include konjac noodle,konjac jelly,konjac bread and konjac vermicelli.

Obesity Diet Food- Konjac recipe

Konjak Millet Porridge Recipe

Ingredients:

50g millet

50g rice

50g konjak powder

1000g water

Procedure:

1. Clean rice and millet, set aside.

2. Boil water in a rice cooker.

Add rice and millet,stir.

Bring to boil again.

Change to low heat,cook over low heat for 40mins.

Add konjak powder,bring to boil.

Continue to cook for 15mins.

3. Cool,serve.

Serving method:(10 servings)

Serving at breakfast and at dinner.100g to 150g per serve.
